Functional characteristics
Signal conversion and output: The digital signal sent by the PLC can be accurately converted into the corresponding analog signal, and output to the external equipment, to achieve the accurate control of analog actuators such as regulating valves and frequency inverters.
Diagnosis and protection function: with self-diagnosis function, can monitor the working status of the module in real time, if the fault is detected, it will send an alarm signal to the PLC or the upper computer through the LED indicator light or the communication interface. At the same time, the module also has overload protection, short circuit protection and other functions, which can effectively protect the module and external equipment from damage under abnormal conditions.
Configuration flexibility: The output signal type, range, update rate and other parameters of the module can be flexibly configured by means of software configuration or hardware jumper to adapt to different application scenarios and control requirements.
Communication interface: Through the connection with GE series 90-30 PLC backplane bus, high-speed and reliable data communication with PLC, ensure that the module can receive the control instructions sent by PLC in time, and feedback the status information of the module to the PLC, to achieve the overall coordinated operation of the system.
