Honeywell CC-TAIX51 analog input module
Multi-channel analog input: Equipped with 16 analog input channels, it can simultaneously connect 16 analog sensors, such as temperature, pressure, flow, and liquid level sensors, to achieve synchronous monitoring and data acquisition of multiple physical quantities. It is suitable for large-scale data acquisition and complex control systems.
Compatibility with multiple signal types: Supports various analog signal types, including 4-20mA current signals, 0-10V voltage signals, ±5V voltage signals, etc. This enables it to be directly connected to sensors of different types and from different manufacturers without the need for additional signal conversion devices, thereby enhancing the compatibility and flexibility of the system.
High-precision data acquisition: The module features a high input accuracy, typically reaching ±0.05% FS (full scale), and employs 24-bit resolution for analog-to-digital conversion. It can precisely convert analog signals into digital signals, accurately capture the minute changes of analog signals, and provide high-precision data support for industrial process control and monitoring.
Electrical isolation protection: It provides good electrical isolation between channels and between the input and the system, and the isolation voltage is generally above 2500V AC. This kind of electrical isolation can effectively prevent external electrical interference from entering the system, avoid data errors or system failures caused by interference, and at the same time protect modules and other equipment from the influence of electrical faults, improving the stability and reliability of the system.
Flexible communication interface: Supports multiple standard industrial communication protocols, such as Profibus-DP, Modbus-RTU, CANopen, etc. It can conveniently communicate and connect with PLC, DCS systems or upper computers from different manufacturers, achieving rapid data transmission and sharing, and enabling the module to be seamlessly integrated into various industrial automation control systems.
Configurable data update rate: The data update rate can be configured according to actual application requirements, generally within the range of 10ms to 100ms. Users can select an appropriate data update rate based on the changing speed of on-site equipment and control requirements, ensuring that the system can promptly obtain the latest analog data and achieve real-time monitoring and precise control of industrial processes.
Diagnostic and protection functions: It is equipped with rich diagnostic functions and can monitor the working status of the module in real time, such as detecting whether there are short circuits, open circuits, overvoltage, undervoltage and other abnormal conditions in the channel, and promptly issue alarm signals. Meanwhile, the module also has corresponding protection functions, such as channel short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, etc. It can automatically cut off the faulty channel or take other protection measures when an abnormality occurs, preventing the module and other equipment from being damaged due to faults, and improving the safety and stability of the system.
