Input characteristics:
Input channels: It features 8 isolated independent channels that can simultaneously connect to 8 different analog signals, effectively avoiding signal interference between channels and ensuring the accurate collection and transmission of each signal.
Input range: The input signal range is 0 to 100mV DC, suitable for connecting various analog sensors with an output signal of 0 to 100mV, such as certain pressure sensors, temperature sensors, etc.
Signal isolation: Each analog input channel is electrically isolated from other channels and grounding, which can effectively avoid signal interference, enhance the module’s anti-interference ability in complex electromagnetic environments, and ensure the accuracy and stability of signal transmission.
Accuracy index: High precision is achieved through sigma-delta data conversion in each channel. The simulation accuracy (including linearity) is ±0.03% of the measurement range, and the accuracy temperature coefficient is ±50ppm/º C. It can maintain high measurement accuracy under different working temperatures.
Functional features: Execute analog input applications, providing configurable options for conversion time, integration time, and rate of change limits. A new analog input reading can be provided every 25 milliseconds, and the integration period can be configured to eliminate process noise and power line frequency noise. The working parameters of the module can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual application scenario to optimize the signal acquisition and processing effect.
Communication method: Through the redundant 2Mbps module fieldbus and its related FCM or FCP communication, data interaction with other components in the control system is achieved, ensuring the reliability and real-time performance of data transmission.
Working environment: The working temperature range is -40 to 70°C, the relative humidity is 5 to 95% (non-condensing), and the altitude is -300 to 12,000 meters. It can adapt to harsh industrial environments and operate stably under various complex conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and high altitude.
Power consumption and heat dissipation: Power consumption is 7W (maximum), and heat dissipation is 3W (maximum). It can effectively control its own heat generation during normal operation, ensuring the stability and reliability of the module.
Calibration requirements: No calibration modules or terminal components are needed, which reduces maintenance workload and costs, and lowers downtime and labor costs caused by calibration.
