GE IC3600AIAE1 Current Sensor
Appearance and Structure: There is a GE logo on the surface, and there are drill holes at the corners for installation, with a unique identification number printed. One side of the circuit board is equipped with 25 metal connectors, which can be used as a backplane to connect it to the main system, facilitating line connection. In addition, there are two large relays on the surface, as well as multiple electronic components such as transistors, amplifiers, and capacitors. Some resistors and diodes are installed vertically, and there are also two potentiometers side by side.
Working Principle: It may work based on electromagnetic induction or Hall effect. When based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, it utilizes the magnetic field generated by the current passing through a conductor. When the current changes, the magnetic field also changes, thereby generating an induced electromotive force. The current value is measured indirectly by detecting changes in the magnetic field. When based on the Hall effect, when a conductor carrying current passes through a magnetic field, a voltage difference is generated on the side of the conductor, and the current value is obtained by measuring this voltage difference.

- Rated Current Range: Refers to the current interval that the sensor can measure normally. Different models may vary. When selecting, it is necessary to ensure that the measured current is within this range to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Rated Output Voltage/Current: The output voltage or current value corresponding to the sensor when the rated current is input. Generally, the output current is about 10mA-400mA, and the specific value depends on the model.
- Output Error: Measures the deviation between the measured value and the true value. The higher the precision, the smaller the error, which usually can reach about 0.2%-1%.
- Zero Drift: When there is no current input, the output signal may deviate from the zero point due to factors such as temperature changes. The smaller the zero drift, the better the stability of the sensor.
- Temperature Range: The ambient temperature interval in which the sensor works normally, generally around -40℃-125℃. Exceeding this range may affect performance or even damage the sensor.
