Functional Characteristics:
- Precise Voltage Attenuation: Its main function is to attenuate the AC and DC voltages of the Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) bridge. It can attenuate input voltages of 6900V, 4200V, 3300V, 2200V, or 1200V to an appropriate range, providing accurate voltage feedback signals for the system and ensuring that the gas turbine control system can precisely control according to the actual voltage conditions.
- Output Protection Function: The board is integrated with Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs) to prevent excessive output voltage. Even when the output ribbon circuit is interrupted but the input voltage still exists, it can effectively protect circuit components from damage caused by overvoltage.
- Flexible Configuration: Each resistor string can be configured by selecting three different input plug connectors and two jumpers to meet different input voltage attenuation requirements and various application scenarios.
Working Principle:
The module contains five identical series precision resistor strings, one for each of the three AC phases and one for each of the positive and negative DC bus voltages. The input voltage is attenuated through these resistor strings, and the attenuated signal is output through a 20-pin ribbon cable connector. Meanwhile, Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs) are used to limit the output voltage, ensuring that the output voltage is within a safe range. The load resistors required for operation are located on the connected gate distribution status board, not on this module itself.
