Working Principle: The load commutated inverter module usually uses thyristors to build a fully controlled power bridge. Firstly, the grid frequency AC power enters the three-phase fully controlled rectifier bridge through the incoming line measurement unit, converting the AC power into DC power. The DC power enters the three-phase fully controlled inverter bridge after harmonic filtering by the DC smoothing reactor. In the case of a synchronous motor load, if the phase of the load current leads the load voltage, the load will provide voltage for commutation, enabling the thyristor to turn off at an appropriate moment to achieve commutation. By controlling the on-off of the thyristors in the three-phase fully controlled inverter bridge, the DC power is inverted into AC power with variable frequency, which is then output through the outgoing line measurement unit. Cooperating with the excitation of the generator rotor, it drives the synchronous motor to operate, thereby realizing the dragging and speed regulation of the synchronous motor.
