Functional Roles
- Signal Interface and Decoding: Acts as an interface system for six-pulse phase-controlled non-inverting bridges. It receives and decrypts information from the Digital Signal Processing Card (DSPC), converts the received signals into unit gating signals, and distributes them to all system bridge arms.
- Data Collection and Feedback: Collects a large amount of data from the integrated DSPC of the driver, receives multiplexed unit status signals from each bridge arm, and decodes and distributes unit gating signals for each bridge arm. Meanwhile, it receives bridge feedback signals, scales them, and then transmits voltage, frequency, and current status data back to the DSPC board.
- Status Indication: The integrated IMOK LED status indicator provides users with basic system status, facilitating users to understand the working condition of the module.
Working Principles
- Data Transmission and Processing: The DSPC transmits information to the DS200FCGDH1B module through the VME backplane. The module processes and converts the signals, and then transmits the processed data back through the VME backplane, realizing data interaction and processing.
- Fiber Optic Connection and Feedback: Three FGPA boards send feedback signals through on-board fiber optic connections, including frequency, voltage, and circuit board status information. These feedback signals help the system conduct real-time monitoring and adjustment of the operating status.
