Number of channels: Usually, 16 digital input channels and 16 digital output channels are provided. This multi-channel design allows for the simultaneous connection of multiple field devices, enabling the monitoring and control of the status of multiple devices.
Electrical parameters
Input signal type: Supports dry contact and wet contact input. Dry contact input can be used to connect passive switch signals; Wet contact input can receive switch signals with power supply. The common input voltage range is 24V DC, which can flexibly adapt to different types of field equipment.

Response time: It features rapid signal processing capabilities, with the response time of input signals generally within milliseconds. It can collect changes in input signals in real time and promptly output control signals, meeting the requirements for real-time control in industrial production processes.
Operating temperature range: The operating temperature range is typically -40°C to 70°C, and the storage temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. This enables the module to work stably in harsh industrial environments.
Humidity range: It can generally operate normally in an environment with a relative humidity of 5% to 95% and no condensation.
Communication and Diagnosis
Communication interface: It can communicate with other modules and controllers through the communication network of Emerson Ovation control system to achieve data transmission and sharing.
Diagnostic function: Built-in self-diagnostic circuit, which can monitor the working status of the module in real time. Once a fault is detected, such as a short circuit, open circuit or power failure in the channel, an alarm message will be sent through indicator lights or communication interfaces, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly locate and eliminate the fault.
