Overview

Functional characteristics
Signal processing capability: It is capable of performing linearization processing, filtering, range conversion and other operations on the input analog signals, as well as logical operations and state judgments on digital signals. Meanwhile, it can accurately convert digital signals into analog output or control the state of digital output according to the instructions of the control system.
Diagnostic and self-detection function: It is equipped with an inbuilt diagnostic function that can monitor the working status of the module in real time, including power failure, channel failure, communication failure, etc., and send diagnostic information to the control system through indicator lights or communication interfaces, facilitating maintenance personnel to promptly identify and solve problems.
Communication interface: Supports high-speed communication network connection with Emerson Ovation control system, enabling rapid and accurate data exchange with the main control unit, ensuring the real-time performance and reliability of the system. Meanwhile, some models may also support other industrial standard communication protocols, such as Modbus and Profibus, to facilitate integration with other third-party devices.
