TRICONEX 4509 Specialized Communication Module

• High Reliability: The Tricon system provides fault-tolerant capability through a Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) structure, consisting of three identical system channels. The hardware voting mechanism performs voting and diagnosis on digital inputs and outputs, and takes median value processing on analog inputs. A fault in any sub-circuit will not be transmitted to other sub-circuits, which improves the reliability and availability of the system.
• Online Maintainability: The system has a hot standby function. When there is a hot standby card and it is in working state, the faulty sub-circuit module can be removed or replaced online without interrupting the process control.
