Working Principle:
- Input Principle: The input port receives signals from external devices or sensors, which can be digital or analog signals. Digital input signals, usually from switches, buttons, etc., are converted into standard digital signals through isolation circuits such as optocouplers for CPU processing. Analog input signals such as temperature and pressure are first converted into standard analog signals by transmitters, then converted into digital signals via A/D converters and transmitted to the CPU.
- Output Principle: The output port converts the logical operation results of the CPU into signals executable by external devices. Digital output signals are used to control the on-off of devices such as relays and solenoid valves, and directly control external devices after conversion by internal circuits. Analog output signals are converted into standard analog signals (such as 4-20mA DC current signals or 1-10V DC voltage signals) through D/A converters to further control the operation of external devices.
