Functional Features
- Support for Multiple Input Types: This module supports two input types, thermocouples (TC) and resistance temperature detectors (RTD), which can meet different temperature measurement requirements. It can be connected to various standard thermocouple and RTD sensors, such as K-type, J-type thermocouples, PT100, PT1000 RTDs, etc.
- High-Precision Measurement: It has high-accuracy temperature measurement capability, providing precise temperature data. Its measurement accuracy can reach ±0.15% of full scale, which can meet the requirements for temperature measurement accuracy in most industrial occasions.
- Multi-Channel Input: It has 16 fully isolated input channels. There is isolation between channels, between channels and IOL, and between channels and power supply. It can collect signals from multiple sensors at the same time without mutual interference, improving the stability and reliability of the system.
- Strong Anti-Interference Ability: It has excellent anti-interference performance. Its common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) is at least 120dB at 50 or 60Hz, and the normal mode rejection ratio (NMRR) is at least 60dB at 50/60Hz. It can effectively suppress electromagnetic interference, common mode interference and other common interferences in industrial environments, ensuring the accuracy of measurement data.
- Data Processing and Transmission: It supports the Modbus RTU communication protocol, which can easily exchange data and communicate with other control systems to realize remote monitoring and control functions. It can quickly and accurately transmit the collected temperature data to the upper computer or other controllers, facilitating centralized management and analysis.
