GE DS200AAHAG2A simplex servo I/O terminal board
Features: The board has two servo outputs, I/O for six LVDT position sensors, and two active pulse rate inputs for flow monitoring. Jumpers can be used to select servo coil currents between 10 and 120mA to adapt to different servo valve coil resistance and operating requirements.
How to connect: Connect the DSVO to the VSVO processor board via a 37-pin cable, similar to the cable used on the larger TSVO board. To save cabinet space, the patch boards can be stacked vertically on the DIN rail, and two DSVO boards can be linked to the VSVO if necessary.
Installation and configuration: The DSVO board is placed in the plastic bracket and installed on the DIN rail, and the terminal receives the directly connected servo I/O wire. Onboard functionality and high frequency decoupling to ground are the same as on TSVO, with high-density Euro-Block terminals attached to the board by six screws for ground connection (SCOM). With jumper JP1 and JP2, servo-valve coil resistance and desired coil current can be selected from 22W to 1,000W. For example, jumper 120B provides coil current of approximately 120mA. To identify the VSVO’s board for system diagnostics, connectors JR1 and J5 are connected to signals from the onboard ID chip.
