Foxboro FBM201 analog input interface module
Product type: Analog input interface module.
Input channels: 8 isolated independent channels, capable of accepting signal inputs from different types of analog sensors.
Input range: FBM201 is 0 to 20mA DC; FBM201b is 0 to 100mV DC. FBM201c is a 0 to 5V DC. The FBM201d is a 0 to 10V DC.
Signal isolation: Each analog input channel is electrically isolated from other channels and grounding, effectively avoiding signal interference.
Conversion accuracy: High precision is achieved through the sigma-delta data conversion of each channel. The simulation accuracy (including linearity) is ±0.03% of the range, and the accuracy temperature coefficient is ±50ppm/ºC.
Functional features: Execute analog input applications, providing configurable options for conversion time, integration time, and rate of change limits. In addition, a new analog input reading can be provided every 25 milliseconds, and the integration period can be configured to eliminate process noise and power line frequency noise.
Communication method: Communicate through the redundant 2Mbps module fieldbus and its related FCM or FCP.
Working environment: The working temperature range is -40 to 70°C, the relative humidity is 5 to 95% (non-condensing), and the altitude is -300 to 12,000 meters. It can adapt to harsh industrial environments.
Power consumption and heat dissipation: Power consumption 7W (maximum), heat dissipation 3W (maximum).
