Structural design
Compact and compact: As a mini component, its structure is compact, small size, light weight, and can be easily installed in paper equipment with limited space, especially suitable for small paper machines or laboratory equipment for accurate measurement of paper web tension.
Vertical pressure measuring structure: with a special vertical pressure measuring design, it can accurately measure the tension of the paper web in the vertical direction. This structure usually contains a high-precision elastomer that, when subjected to web tension, creates a small deformation in the elastic body, which is sensed by a strain gauge attached to the elastomer and converted into an electrical signal.
Working principle
The PFCL301E works on the principle of resistance strain gauge. When the vertical tension of the web acts on the elastomer of the load measuring element, the elastomer deforms and the resistance of the strain gauge pasted on its surface changes. The strain gauge makes up the Wheatstone bridge circuit, and the change in the resistance value causes the bridge to be unbalanced, thus output a voltage signal proportional to the tensile force of the web. After the signal is amplified and filtered, it can be collected by the measurement and control system, so as to realize the accurate measurement and monitoring of the web tension.
Performance characteristics
High precision measurement: in the pressure measurement range of 0.2-1KN, with a high measurement accuracy, generally can reach ±0.5% FS (full scale) or higher, to meet the requirements of paper tension accurate measurement in the papermaking process, help to improve the quality and stability of paper.
Good linearity: There is a good linear relationship between the output signal and the web tension, which makes the measurement results easy to calibrate and convert, convenient for the operator to accurately adjust the web tension according to the measured value, and ensure the tension control accuracy in the paper production process.
Fast response: can quickly respond to changes in the tension of the web, the response time is usually in milliseconds, can monitor the dynamic changes in the tension of the web in real time, and timely feedback to the control system, in order to adjust the tension in real time and avoid the paper quality problems caused by tension fluctuations.
