Functional characteristics
Multi-channel design: It features 32 differential channels and can simultaneously collect multiple analog voltage signals, making it suitable for scenarios that require a large number of channels for data acquisition.
Wide voltage measurement range: It can measure analog voltage signals as low as ±10V, meeting the measurement requirements of various sensors, including voltage signals output from thermocouples, strain gauges, pressure sensors, etc.
Signal conditioning function: Each channel is equipped with a 4Hz low-pass filter that can be selected through patch cords, which is used to filter out high-frequency noise in the signal and improve signal quality. It simultaneously offers multiple gain range options, which can be adjusted according to the amplitude of the input signal to achieve the best measurement resolution and accuracy.
Cold junction compensation function: The terminal block contains a temperature sensor for cold junction compensation of thermocouples, which can ensure the accuracy of thermocouple measurement. The cold-end compensation reference can be multiplexed with the 32 channels on the SCXI-1100, and can also be connected to different channels of the data acquisition board through patch cords.
Multiple connection methods: Equipped with a 96-pin DIN C-type front connector and a 50-pin ribbon cable rear connector, it is convenient for connection with other devices. In addition, it can also be used in conjunction with various terminal blocks, such as rack-mounted, thermocouple plugs, screw terminals, BNC connectors, etc., to meet different application scenarios and wiring requirements.
