Functional characteristics
32-channel design: Equipped with 32 analog input channels, it can simultaneously collect and process signals from multiple thermocouples, making it suitable for application scenarios that require simultaneous monitoring of multiple temperature points.
Strong signal processing capability: Each input channel is equipped with an instrument amplifier and a 2Hz low-pass filter, which can effectively amplify weak thermocouple signals and filter out high-frequency noise, improving the accuracy and stability of measurement. It can collect current input signals of millivolts, volts, 0 to 20mA and 4 to 20mA, and can also collect signals from thermal resistors (RTD) when excitation is provided by SCXI-1581.
Cold junction compensation function: Built-in cold junction compensation sensor, which can precisely measure the temperature of the thermocouple connector, ensuring the accuracy of thermocouple temperature measurement.
High-speed scanning: It can be scanned at a rate of up to 333kS/s (3µs per channel) together with the input channels of other modules to achieve rapid data acquisition.
Multiple connection methods: It adopts a 96-pin DIN C-type front connector and a 50-pin ribbon cable rear connector, which is convenient for connection with data acquisition devices and other modules. It can be used in conjunction with various terminal blocks, such as SCXI-1300, SCXI-1303, etc., to adapt to different application scenarios and wiring requirements.
