Technical parameters

Measurement accuracy: It has a relatively high measurement accuracy, usually ranging from ±0.1℃ to ±0.5℃. The specific accuracy depends on the type of thermocouple used and the measurement conditions.
Sampling rate: It can collect thermocouple signals at a relatively high sampling rate, reaching thousands of times per second or even higher sampling frequencies, meeting the requirements of temperature monitoring applications with high real-time performance.
Overvoltage protection: It is equipped with input overvoltage protection function, capable of withstanding a certain degree of overvoltage, protecting the module from damage and enhancing the reliability and stability of the module.
Functional characteristics
High-precision measurement: Mainly used for high-precision thermocouple measurement, it can accurately collect the weak voltage signals generated by thermocouples, featuring excellent measurement accuracy and stability, and can meet various application scenarios with high requirements for temperature measurement accuracy.
Flexible channel configuration: Usually with multiple channels (such as 32 channels), multiple thermocouples can be connected simultaneously to achieve synchronous measurement of temperatures at multiple different locations. And the channel can be configured with different measurement ranges and gains to adapt to different types and ranges of thermocouples.
Cold junction compensation function: It integrates a high-precision cold junction compensation circuit, which can automatically compensate for the influence of temperature changes at the cold junction of the thermocouple on the measurement results, ensuring the accuracy of temperature measurement.
Strong signal conditioning capability: Each channel has a dedicated signal conditioning circuit, including filtering and amplification functions. Low-pass filtering can be performed on the input signal to effectively remove noise interference. At the same time, the signal can be appropriately amplified to improve signal quality and measurement resolution.
