NI SCXI-1320 High-voltage terminal block module
Functional characteristics
Convenient connection: It has 18 screw terminals, making it convenient to connect various signal cables. One pair of screw terminals is used to connect the chassis ground of the SCXI module. When used in conjunction with different SCXI modules, the remaining screw terminals can be used for signal connection. For example, when used in conjunction with the SCXI-1120, SCXI-1120D, SCXI-1125 or SCXI-1126 modules, there are 8 pairs of screw terminals for signal connection; When used in conjunction with the SCXI-1121 module, 4 pairs of screw terminals are used for module input, and another 4 pairs are used for module excitation output.
Signal isolation: It adopts a shielded design, which can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference and provide a stable and accurate transmission environment for signals. It is suitable for occasions with high requirements for signal quality.
Temperature compensation: On-board temperature sensors are used for cold junction compensation of thermocouples, which can improve the accuracy of temperature measurement. However, to achieve precise cold end compensation, NI recommends keeping the SCXI chassis away from environments with extreme temperature differences.
Application field
Temperature measurement system: Due to its cold junction compensation function, it is often used to build high-precision temperature measurement systems. It can be connected to thermocouple sensors and is widely applied in scenarios such as temperature monitoring in industrial processes, environmental temperature measurement, and temperature experiments in laboratories.
Universal signal connection: As a universal front-end installation terminal block, it can be used in various systems that require signal connection and disconnection, providing reliable connection points for signals, such as connecting various sensors and acquisition modules in data acquisition systems.
High-voltage signal processing: As a high-voltage terminal module, it can withstand certain high voltages and is used for the conditioning and transmission of high-voltage signals. For instance, in fields such as power system monitoring and high-voltage equipment testing, it can safely connect the signals from high-voltage sensors to measurement and control systems.
