GE VMIVME-4116 Analog output board
Main characteristics
High accuracy: A 16-bit resolution digital-to-analog converter (DAC) enables highly accurate analog signal output ranging from -10V to + 10V, with a resolution of 305µV per 1 LSB variation.
Fast build up: The buffer output voltage can be stabilized within 1/2 LSB within 10µs, and the maximum build up time is 10µs of ±0.003% FSR (full scale range), which can meet the needs of high-speed real-time control applications.
Multi-channel output: With 8 channels, multiple analog signals can be output at the same time, which is convenient for synchronous operation at multiple control or measurement points.
Configurability: Users can configure the output range, filter and other parameters according to the specific application requirements. The Control and status Register (CSR) is loaded by the processor to control the functions of the board and can be read by the processor at any time.
Data latches: Each channel has dual buffered data latches in front of the DAC, allowing flexibility to update the DAC analog output. There are three data conversion methods, enabled or disabled by onboard jumpers and further controlled by user-loaded CSRS.
Synchronous update: Synchronous update control with jumper selectors, optional external update control inputs or software-controlled selectors, providing a single update strobe for all DAC outputs.
Test function: There are multiplexed programmable outputs on the P2 connector for testing analog outputs, and can also be used to test analog input multiplexing boards.
High reliability: With stable circuit design and high-quality components, equipped with high-reliability DIN output connectors, to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
Easy integration: Standard VMEbus interface for easy integration with other VMEbus devices.
