Functional Features
- Providing SCR gate interface: It provides a gate interface for Silicon Controlled Rectifiers (SCR) in power converters, ensuring that SCRs can accurately receive control signals to achieve precise control over the power conversion process.
- Monitoring Cell voltage: It has the function of monitoring the cell voltage in the power converter, feeding back voltage information in real-time to facilitate the timely detection of voltage abnormalities and ensure the stable operation of the system.
- Fault diagnosis and indication: It is equipped with diagnostic LEDs for the SCR status circuit. The status of the LEDs can be used to intuitively determine whether there are issues such as blocking voltage, making it convenient for technicians to quickly locate and troubleshoot faults.
- Signal conditioning and transmission: It is used to provide signal conditioning for the logic signal control of the interface P1 connector, for shunt feedback and gate driver boards, and to report faults detected by the gate driver board to the corresponding processing board.

Working Principle
- Gate power transmission: The internal circuit provides an isolated path for gate power from the FPGA board to the 77mm SCR, ensuring stable transmission of gate signals and preventing signal interference and power loss.
- Voltage monitoring and feedback: A specific circuit is used to sense the voltage drop across the SCR. When the voltage exceeds a certain threshold, a signal will be sent to the FPGA board so that the system can take corresponding measures, such as adjusting control parameters or triggering protection mechanisms.
- LED indication mechanism: When the bridge power is activated and there is a blocking voltage, the LED of the SCR status circuit will light up. As the conduction angle of the SCR increases, the LED will gradually dim, intuitively reflecting the working status of the SCR in this way.
