Functional Features
- Communication Function: Supports Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols, equipped with an RJ45 port. It enables high-speed and stable communication between GE Series 90-70 PLCs and other devices on the network, facilitating the construction of industrial network systems and realizing data interaction and remote monitoring between devices.
- I/O Scanning and Data Transmission: As a Genius I/O scanning module, it can efficiently scan IC 66* input/output blocks and transmit data to the CPU through the backplane after each scan, ensuring that the system promptly acquires and processes input/output signals.
- Module Status Indication: Equipped with three green LEDs, which are used to indicate the module status, rack activity status, and the presence of an I/O bus terminator (IC693CPU374GP). - Fault Isolation and Repair: Allows isolation and repair of faulty modules within a rack. When communication with the CPU is lost, the module will maintain the last output state, improving the stability and reliability of the system.
- Connection Method: Occupies one slot and has two connectors. One is connected to the upstream or CPU rack, and the other is used for daisy-chain connection to additional expansion racks, enabling flexible expansion of the system scale.
